Ron’s Calling

During the filming of a piece for Argosy University in Chicago, I had the pleasure of meeting alumni and a two-time Fulbright scholar Ronald Harvey.

Initially, he was just one of the alumni I was going to interview for the larger Argosy film. However, we struck a conversation between takes and he agreed to hang around and let me film him while we chatted about his life and the unique journey of research and advocacy that led from Bulgaria to DePaul University.

It turned out to be a fascinating conversation that ended up in a short piece Ron’s Calling.
